Victorian institution, Gin Palace, are taking over Victoria Terrace Bar this January 2024 

Gin Palace houses over 330 gins and counting, with over 26 years of glory under their belt, and the largest gin selection in the southern hemisphere.  

Their back bar is indulging in a voluntary nip & tuck renovation for the month of January 2024, so their team and their sophisticated sips will cameo at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters for 3 nights a week throughout. This menu takeover offers a chance for guests to experience Gin Palace's meticulous flair for cocktail craft and hospitality in the Summer afternoons. 

Gin Place bespoke menu includes Victorian ingredients with a dash of nostalgia and cheek. Four Pillars takes center stage for this menu as we celebrate Victoria together

Take over running from Jan 18th to Jan 27th. 5pm till late Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

Borshch Theatre - Ukraine Charity Dinner

We’re hosting renowned Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko  - Ukraine’s answer to Jamie Oliver - To present "Borshch Theatre", an event that will change your perception of Ukrainian cuisine!

Ukrainian borshch is a traditional Ukrainian dish of beetroot soup, which Klopotenko was instrumental in having listed on UNESCO’s “List of Intangible Cultural Heritage”.  

The 8 course degustation dinner will immerse guests in Ukrainian culture and give them a “taste of Ukraine”. Klopotenko does not name the dishes and ingredients - so the whole experience  becomes an exciting culinary “guessing game”.

Borshch Theatre is part of the “Ukrainian Unity Borshch campaign”, which holds charity events around the globe to raise funds to provide humanitarian assistance to people in Ukraine, including food kits for Ukrainians living in recently liberated territories. The International Assistance Headquarters for Ukrainians helps to purchase and deliver the aid and food to critical points in Ukraine.

The menu in "Borshch Theatre" varies from city to city, but is sure to delight your taste buds wherever you are!
